Shipping policy

UK delivery

All UK orders are delivered via Whistl, Amazon Delivery & Royal Mail and subject to a standard charge of £3.75. Orders £20 and over qualify for free UK shipping, this will automatically be applied at the checkout.

You will receive an email notification to confirm your order and a shipping notification. Orders are processed for delivery on working days (Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays). We aim to ship all orders placed prior to 11am the same day Monday - Friday. If your order is placed after 11am it will be dispatched the next working day.

International delivery

All orders placed on www.woowoo.fun are shipped from the UK to their destination country via airmail. From here they are injected into the local postal network for delivery to your chosen address.

European orders normally arrive within 7-14 days and between 10-21 days for the rest of the world. If your order is being shipped outside of the European Union, customs charges and taxes may apply. WooWoo is not responsible for any customs duties incurred.

Orders within the European Union with a value of below €150 will not incur any customs or duties fees.
